Foil is produced from high quality rolled ingots and Caster coils. It is produced with sophisticated equipment and with strict quality controls that ensure a range of world class rolled products, extrusions and aluminum products.

Thanks to continuous updating and improvement in the processes we have maintained production to the keep pace with increasing market demand.

Advantages of natural foil

1. Natural surface: The surface has no chemical treatment or coating, maintaining the original color and natural luster of the metal, with a subtle rolling texture.
2. High purity: Without coating and additives, natural foil has high purity and is suitable for applications with strict material chemical composition requirements.
3. Good ductility: Natural foil has good ductility and is easy to process into different shapes and thicknesses.
4. Excellent thermal and electrical conductivity: Metal foil (especially aluminum foil and copper foil) has good thermal and electrical conductivity, suitable for occasions with high thermal and electrical conductivity requirements.
5. Environmental protection: The production process has little pollution to the environment and can be easily recycled and reprocessed after use.

Application areas of natural foil

1. Food packaging: Aluminum foil is widely used in food packaging, which can extend the shelf life of food and has the advantages of high barrier and low cost.
2. Pharmaceutical packaging: Aluminum foil is used for pharmaceutical packaging, such as PTP pharmaceutical aluminum foil, cold stamping pharmaceutical foil, etc., with high strength and good sealing.
3. Industrial application: Aluminum foil is also used in industrial products such as transformers, cable belts, filters, etc., with excellent moisture resistance and extremely high blocking ability.

The difference between natural foil and other metal foils

With coated foil
Coated foil has been surface treated (such as oxidation, painting, etc.) to have specific functionality, while natural foil remains in its original state and is more suitable for applications that require the intrinsic properties of the material.

With composite foil
Composite foil is a metal foil with other materials (such as plastic, paper) superimposed on it to increase strength or functionality; while natural foil is single and pure.
