5052 Aluminum Alloy is a medium strength alloy containing Magnesium as its major alloying element.it is alloyed with 2.5% magnesium. Tensile strength range is 31 to 44 KSI. 5052 Aluminium alloy has excellent workability, weldability and corrosion resisitance. 5052 Aluminum alloy has good workability, a high fatigue strength and is very good for welding. It has very good corrosion resistance to seawater and the marine and industrial atmosphere. Typical applications include aircraft fuel/oil lines, fuel tanks, other transportation areas, sheet metal work, appliances and lighting, wire, and rivets.
5052 aluminum plate performance advantages
1. Good corrosion resistance.
2. Excellent weldability.
3. Good cold working performance.
4. Medium strength.
