These aluminum strips combine lightness and resistance to corrosion in industrial heat exchangers, like evaporators that can be found in every refrigeration system. Flat fins are used in air conditioners, car radiators, in HVAC applications (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) and in Heat Shields which are heat protectors and are used to regulate temperature and absorbtion.
The fin material that we offer is an excellent example of the continuous work in the development of advanced alloys that allows thickness reduction of the aluminum foil without sacrificing the key mechanical properties.
1. Excellent thermal conductivity: The thermal conductivity of aluminum alloy is as high as 156w/(m·k), which improves heat exchange efficiency.
2. Light weight: Lightweight, easy to install and transport, reducing logistics and installation costs.
3. Strong corrosion resistance: Effectively resist corrosion and extend service life.
4. High cost-effectiveness: Low price, good thermal conductivity brings overall cost advantages.
5. Large heat dissipation area: Designed with a large heat dissipation area, quickly absorbs and dissipates heat.
6. Low air resistance: Smooth surface, reducing air resistance.
7. Wide range of applications: Applicable to air conditioners, refrigerators, automobiles and other fields, improve heat exchange efficiency, reduce energy consumption and costs.
